Understandably, there is confusion in the air with the onset of the virus in the UK. We are moving into uncharted territory. Nobody knows how long or how severe this outbreak of the virus in the UK will be.
Here at The O Zone we are currently all well and we are taking one day at a time… we are currently still open our normal trading hours and unless instructed by the government, will continue to open, but potentially “by appointment only” with our priority to serve our existing brides and grooms with imminent weddings. In this light please use email firstname.lastname@example.org as your first point of contact as these will be read remotely from the boutique.
We will continue to open with the following precautions;
1.Until further notice we ask all customers NOT to bring more than 2 guests with them when they visit the boutique.
2.We also ask that you or your guests do NOT attend ANY appointment, even your dress fitting, if you are experiencing any of the Covid-19 symptoms. Please call us to cancel and re-schedule, we will be as flexible as possible to ensure your dress is ready on time.
3. If you get/ or have had a call to say your dress has arrived, please make arrangements to visit as soon as possible as we haveperations in the weeks ahead.
4.If your wedding is in the next few months, we totally understand at this stage no-one knows what will happen and we truly feel for you. Please keep us informed if your wedding is postponed and we can amend our files, this will give us a clear indication of the work our seamstress has to complete in the near future.
Please note we have increased our level of deep cleaning and are regularly sanitizing all areas, surfaces, door handles etc. We are washing our hands like there is no tomorrow and we would ask you and your guests to do the same. In accordance with the government guidelines, if any member of staff feels unwell and shows signs of the virus, they will be asked to self isolate until the symptoms have passed.
Thank you for your co-operation and understanding in these uncertain times and hopefully we can get though them together.
Christine and Deborah.
