Wedding dress prices at The O Zone range from £750 to £2,000 with the majority of our collections between £800 and £1500… these prices are for dresses made to order. Dresses sold “off the peg” start from £300.
The O Zone is proud to be a member of the Retail Bridalwear Association, assuring you of quality, service and reliability. There are around two thousand bridalwear shops in the UK and currently only about a hundred have met the high standards required for membership of the RBA.
This means that you can buy with confidence from The O Zone, safe in the knowledge that you will receive the highest standard of service from a team of well-trained, dedicated bridal consultants and seamstresses in an established, reputable and financially stable company.

We like to work with at least six to nine months in advance of your wedding date if you would like one of our dresses made to order. If you have less time we will always be able to help but you might not get as much choice of dress or costs may rise as some designers work to very strict deadlines. If you only have a short time until your wedding, a couple of our designers do hold stock of some styles, which can be shipped to us in a matter of days. If you have a strict budget for your dress…. we always have dresses to sell “off the peg”, usually ex-sample dresses at reduced prices, so it is always worth a visit to take a look.
We normally allow one and a half hours for your appointment, which is lots of time to try on as many dresses as you like. It is an opportunity for us to learn more about your wedding and the type of day you are planning. We love hearing about your plans for the day, your vision for the dress you would love to wear and we have a chat about the budget you have assigned for your dress. We then work with you to find the best silhouette and fabric for your body shape, giving full consideration to the wedding venue, time of year and your budget. Once you have decided on “your wedding dress”, and are ready to place your order, we take your measurements and ask for a 50% deposit. Your dress has now been ordered and you can concentrate on the colour scheme/style for the bridesmaids and of course your groom. We are very happy to help dress these important members of your wedding party – your groom will get a free suit hire when you order your dress at The O Zone.
Once your dress has arrived you will be invited to come and try your own dress on. Most brides use this appointment to choose a veil and tiara / headdress or other accessories. The balance payment is now due. We store your dress for free until the week of your wedding is required.
( you are also welcome to take the dress away and organise your own fitting and alterations.) We like to start your alterations 8 weeks before your wedding, you will need to bring your underwear and shoes that you will be wearing on the day to your first fitting. Our seamstress is extremely experienced in working on bridal gowns. Alterations are a separate service, you should budget up to £250 for a full lace bridal gown, less for more simple non beaded or non lace dresses. You will be provided with a quote at your first fitting before any work proceeds. This ensures you only pay for the work that needs to be done ( rather than include a total alterations package within the price of your dress). Once your dress has been “tweaked” you are invited back to try it on again to ensure you are perfectly happy with the fit and then you can either collect it or we are happy to store it free of charge until nearer your wedding date.
Once the wedding and honeymoon are over we love to see our brides again with pictures of the big day! You can return your dress to us for professional cleaning and packing in a preservation box, details of this service are provided on final collection.
