We offer a relaxed approach, expert advice, friendly service, and a promise to give you our undivided attention and as much help as you need to find your dream gown. We have many many years of experience in the bridal world and good advice to share with you , your dream day is our dream too!

The O Zone has a fabulous collection of dresses which offer something for every bride. From traditional to modern; simplistically elegant and fitted, to dresses fit for a princess, with a contemorary or vintage feel. We have many gorgeous new styles for the 2013 bride from our trusted designers, and within the galleries on this website you can view examples available from each of our  designers. Wedding dress prices at The O Zone range from just £350 to £3,000 with the majority of our collections between £800 and £1500.

RBA

The O Zone is proud to be a member of the Retail Bridalwear Association, assuring you of quality, service and reliability. There are around two thousand bridalwear shops in the UK and currently only about a hundred have met the high standards required for membership of the RBA. This means that you can buy with confidence from The O Zone, safe in the knowledge that you will receive the highest standard of service from a team of well-trained, dedicated bridal consultants and seamstresses in an established, reputable and financially stable company. We will always try to offer you genuine great value; top quality dresses/suits with superb personal service at a price which we deem as fair. If you find better prices elsewhere locally please let us know and we will do our best to match them.

EX-SAMPLE GOWNS

Here at The O Zone we realise that brides to be wish to view the latest in bridal design, so every year we update our collections with new designs from our selected designers. To do this we need to make space to put our new stock – this means we can offer our brides current designer samples at heavily reduced prices. Discounts have been calculated according to the age and condition of the gown, but you will receive at least 30% off a perfect sample. A great way to get your dream dress without stretching your budget. We still offer our in house alteration servie on SAMPLE gowns plus free storage of your gown, if you require, until your wedding day. BUYING YOUR WEDDING DRESS – LOTS OF INFO!

We like to work six to nine months in advance. If you have less time we will always be able to help but you might not get as much choice of dress or costs may rise as some designers work to very strict deadlines.

Firstly we recommend you telephone to make an appointment to view our sample gowns. We normally allow one and a half hours for your first appointment, which is lots of time to try on as many dresses as you like. It is an opportunity for us to learn more about your wedding and the type of day you are planning and to get an idea of different shapes and styles of dresses that will suit you and the occasion. We work with you to find the best silhouette for your body shape, giving full consideration to the wedding venue, time of year and your budget.  Once you have decided on “the dress for you”, and are ready you place your order, we take your measurements and ask for a 50% deposit. Your dress has now been ordered and you can concentrate on the colour scheme/style for the bridesmaids and of course the groom. We are very happy to help dress these important members of your wedding party – your groom will get a free suit hire when you order your dress at The O Zone

Once your dress has arrived (usually two to three months before the wedding) you will be invited for a fitting. You will need your underwear and shoes for this appointment. Most brides use this appointment to choose a veil and tiara or headdress. The payment balance is now due.

We offer an expert in-house alterations service. Our seamstress has been working with us for sixteen years and is extremely experienced in working on bridal gowns. Alterations are a seperate service and you will be provided with a quote for the work to be done at your first fitting before work proceeds. This ensures you only pay for the work that needs to be done ( rather than include a total alterations package within the price of your dress). Once your dress has been “tweeked” you are invited back to try it on again to ensure you are perfectly happy with the fit and then you can either collect it or we are happy to store it free of charge until nearer your wedding date.

Once the wedding and honeymoon are over we love to see our brides again with pictures of the big day! Return your dress to us for professional cleaning and preservation.
